Installation:
- Speakers use supplied 3M peel-and-stick hook-and-loop mounting
- Mic boom and cable junction block install using hot glue or our Quick Mount (sold separately) for a cleaner, easy installation
OFFROAD or STX Stereo intercom cables are required to connect to intercom.

RUGGED Wired Helmet Kit with Alpha Audio Speakers and Mic
We ran a different, cheaper helmet radio system last year, and it was nothing but issues. The adhesive wouldn't stick, the microphone was challenging to route, and the connectors were fragile. This headset fixes all of those issues. The adhesives are more than strong enough to keep the earpieces in the helmet, and the quick disconnect holds up even with roughness and a muddy environment.

Good connections. New alpha speakers are low profile and easy on your ears. I use my setup for 1 - 3 hours per ride (hang gliding) and comfort is critical.

RUGGED Wired Helmet Kit with Alpha Audio Speakers and Mic
We really enjoy the new flexibility of being able to communicate with each other while riding since we installed the Rugged Radio kits. These helmet kits fit right into the existing design of our helmets so there is no modifying needed.

These fit perfectly on my open face helmet with the Rugged Mount and the speakers slipped inside the helmet pockets. Great addition to my Rugged Radio setup!!
