Well first let's just say thank you rugged radios. I purchase this radio from Amazon. Got to use the radio a month later and it didn't work I could barely hear anything. Contacted rugged radios and we were able to figure out the problem was the ear buds. They sent me a new set absolutely free. And now my radio works great. Best radio I've had bye far. And the best customer service. Thank you again Rugged radio

They are smaller so they fit in kids ears better and are more comfortable in the helmet.
