The Enduro Moto Kit gives clear, in-helmet communications with minimal gear.
A short, lightweight cable connects any Rugged or Kenwood 2-pin radio directly to a helmet kit. Shoulder strap-mounting (strap sold separately) the radio allows the rider to move on and off the bike with no limitations.
Kit Includes:
- Helmet Kit
- Radio to helmet kit direct cable-straight
- Optional Handheld Radio
PTT button on radios is used to activate headset microphone. Functionality confirmed on all Rugged Radios handheld radios. Other brand radios using Kenwood style 2-pin may function differently such as operating with listen-only capabilities.

ENDURO Moto Kit - Includes Helmet Kit and Compact Harness Cable without Radio
Purchased this kit to use with an Aliunce HA1G radio. Bought a kenwood 2-pin adapter for the radio and once installed would not transmit. Was able to hear incoming transmissions but was unable to broadcast out. Also, for 160 dollars pre tax, the speaker foam covers were constantly coming off while trying to install them and the wire gauge/rubber insulation feels about as thin as they can get away with. Feels like an optimistic 40 dollars worth of product. I purchased the kit months away from my planned trip as to be prepared for it so I am also out of the return window now.

When it comes to using other branded radios with our equipment checking compatibility is imperative. From what I am gathering from your review, you have the correct 2-Pin connection but might need a different mic if you are unable to transmit. An electret mic for example might be the type you need. ENDURO Moto Kit - Includes Helmet Kit and Compact Harness Cable GMR2 PLUS
Was a bit hard to figure out where I wanted the radio. My back pack strap isn’t exactly set up to hold one. Once I figured it out, it was awesome. Used it for the first time in a national forest with lots of pine trees. Worked great, not much background noise going through. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a way to communicate with your crew.
