Glad RR had these so I can fix the headset instead of having to purchase a whole new headset. Very easy to replace your bad microphone. Pull off the foam cover, unscrew the 4 screws, replace microphone, replace screws, done! No soldering needed.

I like them I've got it put into one of my helmet pretty much permanently and I only use that helmet for snowmobiling. The other ones and other helmet are duct taped in.

My head sets is about 8 yrs old and the mics were starting to go out. I put the new ones in work nee foam and works like new.
