STX Headset Replacement Dynamic Microphone
Had to pay shipping to get them repaired under warranty. The customer service is good, same day turn around. I guess time will tell. Hope I don’t have a problem with the the rest of the car to car kit

Just bought headphones and tested them. One mic was bad. Rugged replaced mic overnight.

STX Headset Replacement Dynamic Microphone
Had a little trouble with the mic on my wife's headset and Austin at Rugged Radios helped out getting us fixed up fast in the most professional fashion. I couldn't be happier with our radio/intercom set-up and their help answering all my dumb questions. Great company and amazing product!
