The Rugged Radios Test Page (“Geronimo”) is hereby designated for testing purposes exclusively. All tests conducted on, through, by, or in association with the Test Page (collectively, “Tests”) shall be governed by all applicable testing rules, testing regulations, testing standards, testing protocols, testing guidelines, and testing procedures, whether written, unwritten, implied, inferred, customary, or otherwise in effect at the time of testing. Testing activities are expressly limited by standardized testing limitations, which shall include, without limitation, restrictions on, but not restricted to, all known, unknown, foreseeable, and unforeseeable forms of testing. No Test shall be construed as exempt from said limitations, and any Test determined to be outside the permissible bounds of testing shall, by definition, cease to constitute a Test and shall instead be deemed an invalid, void, or non-test activity. All testers acknowledge and agree that testing is contingent upon continued compliance with testing conditions, testing disclaimers, and testing caveats, all of which are subject to amendment, revision, or revocation without notice, provided that such changes remain consistent with the overarching principles of testing.
