Inside each radio box we include a printed user guide. It offers a radio diagram and a basic introduction to the radio functions. There is a QR code you can scan with your phone in the top right hand corner of the guide that will automatically redirect you to our website where you can review the full 30 page manual. Rugged GMR2 PLUS GMRS and FRS Two Way Handheld Radio - Grey
I like the Rugged and Kenwood Handheld Radio ver much. It is a great size and works as it should. But operator manual and instruction are terrible. I have spent a couple of hours trying to turne in a channel that a group on riders use. I couldn't even find any help with YouTube. I will call Rugged and see if they can help.

2 PACK - Rugged GMR2 PLUS GMRS and FRS Two Way Handheld Radios - Safety Orange
Purchased two Orange Ones to add to the two grey ones we already had. As I seem to recall, we had to install the belt clips, packed separately in the box, on the grey ones. One orange one came with the clip already installed and in the other box the clip for the radio was missing. These units come in boxes without seals. The packaging for that one appeared to have been disturbed like the unit was unpacked and repacked and/or the belt clip was removed. The orange radios both appeared to be unused, still had the lens stickers on and had batteries only partially charged, the same as the grey units came. All four radios seem to operate fine and this may a just have been a packaging quality control problem at the factory or a later content inspection for some reason. Your technician sent a belt clip to replace the missing one immediately upon being notified of the problem.

Rugged GMR2 PLUS GMRS and FRS Two Way Handheld Radio - Grey
I have a mobile unit in my truck along with the handheld GMR2 and I have always carried a Yaesu 60. The GMR2 compares very well in range to the Yaesu. It obviously doesn't have some of the capabilities of the Yaesu but it's a great radio within it's intended usage.
I bought the GMR2 for convenience on the trail when out of the vehicle. Good battery life and USB recharging.
